I have tried transfering the save like you said but when i try to resume it, the save does not show =/. open new mp campaign first, let ur friend join then close and load/open old campaign save, now ur friend should see it! sounds stupid but work. give it a try. #10. Jambo Dec 11, 2013 @ 10:55am.
Yes, just make sure both player have same mods in same load order as many people play MP with DeI. For example if one has DeI part 1, 2, 3 and other has it as DeI part 1, 3, 2, game will tell you it is not compatible. Okay we will double check, we normaly did that but only need one little detail to screw everything. #2.

try this. C > Users > "username" > AppData > Roaming > The Creative Assembly , find Rome 2 folder and delete it. then. C > Program x86 > Steam > Steamapps > common > Total War Rome II > redist , open this files in this order and click repair. vcredist_x86 90.
I have spent countless hours on campaigns over a few Total War games, and I have a pretty good understanding of armies and compositions. However I recently started playing the multiplayer more frequently, and I realized that Rome seems to be a little too good. I usually like playing as a Hellenic faction, most likely Sparta/Athens.
